Chapter 223
Kelly could tell Yolanda wasn't the type to mistreat her employees.
Kelly was about to graduate, but her previous internship was a nightmare— working from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
with no days off. On top of that, her boss constantly found excuses to underpay the interns. If she hadn't gotten
sick and ended the internship early, she'd probably still be getting exploited.
"Then it's settled. Take it easy for a few days, and in three days, you'll be back to your usual self."
"Got it! Thanks, Dr. Henderson!"
Later, Yolanda and Baxter signed the clinic transfer agreement.
Originally, Yolanda planned to pay 15 million dollars, but Baxter absolutely refused to take it.
So, Yolanda only took ownership of the clinic's front building. She left the private residence in the back for the
Pattinson family, allowing Baxter and Kelly to continue living there.

Baxter, grateful as ever, felt even more respect for Yolanda.
Meanwhile, Zach wasted no time. As soon as Yolanda and Baxter signed the contract, he contacted a historical
building restoration team.
Yolanda met with the restoration team's leader at the clinic, laid out her expectations, and they promised to have
a proposal ready within two days.
Zach had to head back to the office in the afternoon, so he left early.
After Yolanda's meeting with the restoration team, she called Daniel to clear out the old junk at the clinic.
Daniel had a construction team of his own, so this was Yolanda's way of throwing sbusiness his way.
However, Daniel flat-out refused any payment. As soon as he arrived at the clinic, he wasted no tand began
directing his men to start working.
Yolanda took care of lunch for the crew and was about to leave. But just as she was about to go, two black SUVs
pulled up outside Willow Creek Clinic, and eight men stepped out, making a tic entrance.
A young man in a suit and a buzz cut marched up to the front desk and demanded, "Where's your boss? Tell
them to cout!"
Daniel, who was working in the lobby, immediately realized they weren't there for medical treatment. He
muttered a curse under his breath and dropped the box he was holding, ready to intervene. But Yolanda got
there first, stepping right in front of the young man.
"This clinic is mine," she said calmly.
The young man eyed Yolanda up and down, seemingly skeptical. After all, she did look far too young to own a
private clinic.
"You're the boss? Whatever, no one else seems to be around, so I guess it's you."
The young man didn't seem to care much. He casually pulled a business card from his jacket pocket and handed
it to Yolanda.
"I'm Gregory Hath, Marketing Manager at Quinlan Pharmaceuticals. From now on, we'll be your supplier for all
medical equipment and modern medicine at this clinic.
"For modern medicine, we'll stock the squantity as a top-tier hospital. As for herbal medicines, since Willow

"We'll also provide rare herbs like goldenseal and deer antler velvet, and you'll need to order at least two million
dollars worth every month. Of course, if you need more, we can supply that too. The more, the better."
Gregory acted like he could seal the deal without any problem.
After finishing, he noticed Yolanda hadn't responded and impatiently asked, "Are you even listening to me?"
He handed over a price list, but Yolanda didn't take it. She glanced at it instead. Sprices were even higher
than the market rate-it was absolutely ridiculous.
"We already have long-standing suppliers for our herbs and equipment. There's no need to switch."
Gregory squinted, giving her a fake smile. "Seems like you don't understand the situation.
"Every month, on the 15th, we'll deliver medical equipment and herbs to Willow Creek Clinic. You must accept
the goods. Whether you use them or not, that's not my concern. But the payment must be in our account by the
14th with no exceptions."
"Are you trying to force this deal on us?" Yolanda narrowed her eyes, looking at Gregory with newfound interest.
She had never seen anyone conduct business like this.
