This time, she brought a big bowl of creamy chicken soup. Evelyn watched as Gigi finished every last bite. She smiled and looked at Gigi's chest.

She reached over, gave a gentle squeeze, and nodded. "Looks like Brad's punishment of making you reflect wasn't so bad after all." Gigi, happy with her mother's praise, looked down at her now fuller chest and smiled. "It's all thanks to you, Mom. When I'm out of here, I'm going after him. This time, I'll see if he dares to say no!" She had her eye on a handsyoung man she met at the hospital. She didn't know his nyet, but she wasn't in a hurry. When they met again, she'd make sure he told her his name.
Seeing her daughter so infatuated, Evelyn poked Gigi's head with a laugh. "You! All you think about is men. What's so great about them? Wouldn't it be better to find a rich man and settle down?" Evelyn watched her daughter, who had been entangled with men since she was 16, and wondered if all these experiences were a blessing or a curse.
Gigi rubbed where her mother had poked her, looking a bit worried. She leaned in, hugging Evelyn's arm and shaking it playfully.
"Mom, the Hamiltons are so rich. Brad givesplenty of money. Do I really need to marry a rich man? At my age, I should be enjoying life and having fun. Why wait until I'm too old to enjoy myself? "Don't worry so much, Mom. I'm serious this time. Once I marry him, I'll settle down and be a good wife." However, Evelyn wasn't convinced. "You've said that many times before. How can I tell when you're telling the truth?" Gigi's face showed a rare touch of shyness. "This time, I really mean it! I promise!" Evelyn knew her daughter well, so she ignored Gigi's excitement. After talking a bit more, she changed the subject.
"About what you mentioned last time-Nadine's baby. I had someone check it out, and there's definitely something suspicious." Gigi's eyes brightened. "See? I that bitch was up to something! What did you find out?" Gigi wan eager to see Nadine get into trouble and couldn't wait to tell everyone.

Evelyn shook her head. "Don't get too excited. We need solid proof. Brad m isn't easily fooled. Without real evidence, it's just talk. I've found sSuspicious things, but no solid proof yet. We'll need to wait a bit longer for that."
She had already suspected that the timing of Nadine's baby didn't match n't match up with her marriage. So, she asked ther Adam to check it out. But Adam got very angry, took Nadine's side, and kicked her out of his study. Next, she went to Brad, but he wouldn't talk about it and told her not to get involved, and later on Daniel found out and scolded her badly.
They slept in separate beds for over a month. If she hadn't made up with Daniel, he probably wouldn't have cback to their bedroom.
Gigi's eyes dimmed, and she looked frustrated. "Can't you just hire am private investigator to find out the truth? If there's no evidence, just make sup!"
