“Ms. Torrey,” she said politely, “Mr. Lodge is currently in a meeting. Perhaps you could wait here for a moment?”

longer cared about Brian or his games.
Ariana smirked. “If Mr. Lodge doesn’t want to release my brother, that’s fine. I'm not particularly interested in
taking him back anyway. Ms. Lambert can cto pick him up herself. It’s not my problem anymore.”
Ariana turned to leave, and Emily started panicking. She stepped forward and said, “Ms. Torrey, Mr. Igor is your
brother, after all...”
“I don’t have a brother who wantsdead.”
Ariana continued with a faint smile, “If Mr. Lodge is so busy, | won't disturb him any further. As for my brother,
you can deal with him however you see fit-call the police, send him back to the Torreys. It's none of my
concern.”
“Ms. Torrey!”
Emily quickly stepped in front of her again. “Mr. Lodge didn’t mean it like that. He actually cares about you a lot.”
